I got myself a macro lens! It's taking a bit of getting used to, but the learning curve is a whole lot of fun. After landscapes and sunsets the change of scaling right down to micro-scenery has been an interesting and challenging one. It's a real eye-opener to see what goes on in the tiny worlds that are just under our noses (or feet) but often go unseen (or get trodden on). So this is me starting off on the path of intrepid micro-exploration and definitely looking forward to riding the macro learning curve.
